Refurbishment of a four storey office building at 15,500 sq ft, that required replacement of 62 sash and case windows, full upgrade of all lighting fittings to led including emergency lights. We renewed all distribution broads in building. New fire & intruder alarms fitted. Heating system has been upgraded with 6 boilers replaced and renewing 87 radiators throughout the building.
Additionally a new lift was installed , we had upgraded the ventilation system and installed new internal doors throughout the building. to finish this office building off all walls and woodwork were fully decorated throughout the office building.
