Fisherman’s Dock


The existing property was a retail unit that sold fishing tackle and equipment. Our client took on the lease from Inverclyde Council to alter the retail unit and obtained permission for the change of use to form a Hot Food Take-Away with an associated Cafe and Alcohol License. 

The works included a replacement shopfront with 2 separate access doors, an accessible toilet, booth seating, and a range of equipment for the hot food take-away and mechanical extraction of grease and odors. 

The complete floor area of the hot food takeaway/ cafe is 96m2
